KK’s Music Academy is not responsible for any issues caused by user-side limitations or failures.

6. Limitation of Liability

KK’s Music Academy is not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to course use.

  • User results, progress, or outcomes from course completion.

  • Interruptions caused by factors outside our control (e.g., internet outage, hosting provider downtime).

All content is provided for educational purposes only.

7. Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently disable user accounts in cases of:

  • Policy violations

  • Fraudulent behavior

  • Misuse of course materials

  • Inappropriate or disrespectful communication with staff or other students

No refund will be issued in such cases.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Telangana, India. Any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction of Hyderabad, India.
